Paratransit Users Group (PUG)
Paratransit Users Group (PUG) – Paratransit users and the City of Santa Rosa Transit Staff work to facilitate an efficient, safe and comfortable service. PUG discusses City of Santa Rosa paratransit and CityBus issues. PUG meetings are open to the public and are held every 2-3 months. Transit Paratransit Coordinating Council (TPCC)
Transit Paratransit Coordinating Council (TPCC) – Managed by the Sonoma County Transportation Authority (SCTA). Serves as the coordinating and advocacy group to address issues relating to transportation services for persons with disabilities, seniors, and others who do not or cannot drive.
