If you have lost something on a CityBus vehicle, please contact our customer service staff at (707) 543-3333. They will ensure the item has been recovered as well as where and when you will be able to pick it up.

Customer Service Kiosk, located at the City Hall Annex 90 Santa Rosa Ave Santa Rosa, CA
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am-12:30pm and 1:00pm– 4:00pm, and every other Friday 9:00am-12:30pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm. Below is a list of Fridays and Holidays the kiosk will be closed during construction.
