CityBus offers a number of options for answering the question of, “Where’s my bus?” Many of the trip planning tools we offer also allow you to track when your bus will arrive some apps can help you with both. Check the options below for what best fits your needs.

Smart Phone Apps

Transit App

Transit App is the best option personalized real-time information. Set up push notifications for the stops and routes you use most. You won’t even need to open the app to know if your bus is delayed. Even better you are automatically upgrade to the Royale version for free thanks to the Sonoma County Transportation Authority (SCTA). Download the app for Apple or Android. Google Maps

Android phones these days come with Google Maps already installed making it a great option for those out there with app fatigue. Put in your destination and switch to public transport mode your planned trip information will tell you exactly when the bus is going to arrive.

Apple Maps

Apple phones these days come with Apple Maps already installed making it a great option for those out there with app fatigue. Put in your destination and switch to public transport mode and you are on your way to finding the best transit options for your trip.

Clipper App

The Clipper app is a one stop option to pay for, plan, and track the bus for your trip. The app uses Google maps for trip planning and bus tracking, while also allowing users to pay for their transit trip on their mobile device.

Over the Phone Assistance

Get Text Updates on Your Phone

You can get arrival times by texting your stop number to 41411. In your message type “SRBUS” then a space, and then your stop number (80###). Keep the text chain open and in the future all you will need to do is type the stop number. You will also receive text alerts about service cancellations and other major changes to service.

Call Us On the Phone

Call our customer service line below anytime. You will be prompted to press 1, then press 0, and enter your stop number for real-time arrivals at that stop. No need to add the “SR” portion just 80###.

On the Web

This website also provides real-time tracking buses in a fun and visual way. Each route page has its own real-time map showing where the bus is on the route. There is also a systemwide interactive map which shows all routes and buses. If you want a specific arrival time for a stop, just click the stop and you will see when the next bus or buses are going to arrive.
