- The trip planner is powered by Google maps and is not dedicated directly to CityBus. In some cases, it will provide trip planning information for Sonoma County Transit as that might be the fastest trip for you. We are also working to add the “Arrive” function directly into the widget. In the meantime, you can select “Arrive by” once you are redirected to Google Maps.
- We have received a number of complaints about not having schedule information on the new site. This is not true. All schedules and maps are under the “Routes” drop down menu. As well as the interactive system map showing all CityBus routes. Each route has its own schedule as well as a live map showing the location of the bus in the real-time and real-time arrivals for each stop. If you wish to see real-time arrivals for a stop, simply click on the dot icon and it will provide you a list of arrivals.
- We have not added the pass store directly to the site yet. This is coming but until that is operational you will be redirected to the old CityBus website where you can purchase passes.
